Presented in two designs featuring Basquiat's Pez Dispenser and Untitled (1985), the collection brings Aurzen's signature folding design language into a more graphic and expressive register. At just 586 grams, ZIP Pro delivers 200 ANSI lumens of verified brightness in a form small enough to fit into a jeans pocket or sweatshirt pocket. Its built-in battery provides up to 2.5 hours of playback, while the folding structure doubles as a stand. With USB-C supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode, ZIP Pro can connect directly to compatible devices including Nintendo Switch, bringing together a projector, stand, portable power source, and gaming setup in one compact device. Native 1080p Full HD resolution, dual 2W speakers, and Wi-Fi connectivity round out the experience for personal viewing and casual entertainment in dim-light settings.

Die an der Schweizer Börse SIX kotierte EEII AG hat für das erste Halbjahr 2026 einen Verlust von 547’568 Franken ausgewiesen. Bereits im zweiten Halbjahr 2025 hatte die Gesellschaft einen Fehlbetrag von 332’306 Franken verbucht. Der Nettoinventarwert (NAV) der EEII-Aktien lag per 30. Juni 2026 bei minus 0.76 Franken je Titel, was einer Verschlechterung um 0.29 Franken pro Aktie seit Jahresbeginn entspricht.

Im Mittelpunkt des Berichtszeitraums standen die Vorbereitungen für eine Reverse-Takeover-Transaktion mit der Jubin Frères SA. EEII hat nach eigenen Angaben die reglementarische Genehmigung der Schweizer Börse erhalten, um eine Kapitalerhöhung durchzuführen und das Unternehmen Jubin Frères zu integrieren. Damit schafft die Gesellschaft die formalen Voraussetzungen, ihren Status als Börsenmantel in eine operative Struktur zu überführen.

Operativ verfügt EEII derzeit über keine aktive Investition. Dennoch fielen für den Erhalt der Struktur als kotierte Gesellschaft im ersten Halbjahr 2026 Kosten von rund 128’479 Franken an. Hinzu kamen Aufwendungen von 419’089 Franken für die Erstellung des Prospekts und dessen Einreichung bei der SIX. Zusammengenommen summierten sich die gesamten Betriebsaufwendungen auf 547’568 Franken und entsprechen damit vollständig dem ausgewiesenen Verlust.
